Gemma came to GGAA having been found as a stray in the park where she was being harassed by crows. She's believed to be young to middle age adult. This polydactyl cutie is sweet, friendly and independent and sometimes easily overstimulated. At times the longer you pet her the more likely she may try to nip at you. We're not sure if she wants you to stop petting her or keep petting her. She loves to sit next to you and roll around on her back so you can pet her and give her tummy rubs but only when she wants a tummy rub! And she really likes playing with a peacock feather. She was playing so hard the other day she had to take a break and have a bit of lunch! She is vocal -- wouldn't you be if you were trying to drive off the crows? She may be telling us all about that adventure! She does need to slowly lose a couple pounds (like some of us)! Gemma has shown us she is not fond of other kitties so she needs to be the only animal in the household. We know nothing about her background. After her crow adventure Gemma really needs a calm, quiet home environment without small children where she can roll around to her heart's content!
